Business and Economic Growth
Bixby's downtown area is experiencing a significant transformation, with a combined $500 million in private and public investments. This revitalization includes new residential, retail, and commercial projects, as well as improvements to public infrastructure such as roadways and parks. These developments aim to enhance the downtown experience, boost the local economy, and create a vibrant hub for residents and businesses. The Downtown River District will be the home of brand new space very soon in the Iconik development, the renovation of the former Bixby Public Schools administration building, and many other buildings.
