Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our cosmetic surgery office. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our clients, ensuring exceptional service while supporting the office’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries related to our cosmetic surgery procedures and services.
- Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information or scheduling consultations.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using the office’s booking system.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the practice.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Client Relations:
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and well-informed about their visits or procedures.
- Provide pre-appointment instructions, including any necessary paperwork.
- Address client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate staff member or surgeon.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all protocols related to patient privacy.
- Operations Assistance:
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
- Support marketing efforts by sharing information about promotions or services.
- Assist with administrative projects or tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic surgery office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with practice management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 7 hours a day
Salary: ($15-$17) Based on experience
