Hello Bixby! It’s official, Scooter’s Coffee opening day is Monday, June 26th!

We are excited for the opportunity to bring Scooter’s Coffee to Bixby, and especially have it south of the river where we are growing so fast. Bixby Scooter’s is locally owned by Jimmy Cheek, and are so proud to build in our hometown and help provide new job opportunities within the community. You’ll even see him inside serving up coffee, treats, and providing amazing service to you!

We are hoping to make Scooter’s Coffee opening day in Bixby the biggest first day ever in Scooter’s history! We truly want to make this opening special; we will be donating $1,000 to Bixby Public Schools Foundation (BEEF) from opening day and hope the Bixby community feels the love and the support we plan to bring to the community.
