Bixby Freedom Celebration has become a beloved tradition for families in the area, offering a fun-filled day of festivities to celebrate our nation’s independence.  The event will kick off at 7:00 pm with a variety of food trucks serving up delicious treats, games with prizes, kids’ firefighter challenge, and a fun-filled kids area including free face painting & balloon art. This year we’ve added the Harmony Bridge to the festivities.  Food trucks and music will be enjoyed on this bridge that spans the Arkansas river, which is a prime spot to enjoy the fireworks. As the sun begins to set, we will have our traditional patriotic program, which includes the national anthem, swearing in of new military recruits, and an inspirational message from our pastor, Orlando Juarez. Precisely at 9:45, a spectacular fireworks display will light up the night sky making it an unforgettable experience for all who attend!

Remember to bring lawn chairs, blankets, footballs and frisbees, and food vendors will be on site to fill your tummies!
